About the project

Service Tak is a project that emerged to make the internal operations of a hotel business more efficient. Customers are tracked on the system from the moment they enter the hotel to the actions they take throughout the holiday. The main purpose of the project is to increase efficiency, improve user experience, and prevent errors and illegal logins. Different membership types within the hotel, such as reception, hotel staff and security, cover the project.


Service Tak includes thousands of users and aims to find solutions to many problems, some of which are explained below.


Unauthorized Use

Some customers entered the hotel without permission, entered with old wristbands, etc. We aimed to eliminate the problems.


Towel etc. Waste of Material

Managing vaccination schedules and health information for pets could be complex.


Difficulty of Customer Tracking

We aimed to increase the experience of customers in the hotel by following many actions, starting from the moment customers enter the hotel.


Inability to Perform Data Analysis

By presenting reports on all data, we aimed to make inferences and analysis for hotel efficiency.


We offered two solutions to the hotel that can be managed via web + mobile. Reception, hotel employees and security can log into these systems and take actions. Moreover, they can be supported by all phones and can quickly become a part of the solution. With this solution we offered, the digital transfer of many actions in the hotel was facilitated, reception waiting times were reduced, waste was prevented, and nearly 100% efficiency was achieved.
