PiPanel helps teams run studies across devices: web for coordinators, mobile for field capture. PHP/Laravel provides the hub; PostgreSQL stores responses; Docker standardizes rollouts.
Flutter and React share backend contracts, so the same study can surface on the best device for the moment.
